Hi folks, The ingredient is geniVIDA, which is a pure soy free genistein, isoflavone. Has anyone here had good results with this product? Let me know. I just hope it continues to work because I can sleep now and just feel more like my 'normal' self. I am starting my second week on it and am very happy with my results. I read all the reviews about it online and most said it took two weeks or more to work but not for me. Oh my goodness the first day I took it the symptoms almost disappeared. What did I have to lose? I decided to buy the I Cool and try it. Still I didn't think that was the cause but I decided to try some over the counter remedy just for the heck of it. After seeing my primary dr and having several blood tests to rule out thyroid and other things I asked him to do some hormonal blood work. My face chest and extremities were red and hot to the touch. About a month ago the hot flashes started but not flashes just hot almost all day everyday burning up. Well after years went by I figured that I had gone through menopause without the symptoms,wrong!
